The holiday season is here, and so are this month's CRM updates! As you celebrate the year's wins and prepare for what's ahead, we're sharing the latest enhancements, best practices, and training resources to help your team stay sharp and finish the year on a high note.

Stay ahead: CRM updates you need

Flagship update: Zoho CRM for Everyone

We're thrilled to announce Zoho CRM's next-gen UI upgrade, which introduces a simpler interface with a unified sidebar, a relocated teamspace switcher for quick access, and organized reports and dashboards. Navigation is easier, and you can hide or show the sidebar as needed.

Additionally, the Global Search and Quick Create functions are now merged under the plus (+) icon for streamlined usage. Utility actions have moved to the top-right corner for better visibility, and we've reintroduced the Setup homepage from the old UI in the 3.0 upgrade, after it was unavailable in 2.0. This addition helps users easily find what they're looking for.

All of these updates are rolling out in phases. We believe they'll make your workday more productive and efficient, and we look forward to your feedback!

CRM for Everyone

Zoho CRM expanded beyond sales to support marketing, support, finance, legal, and procurement. With Teamspaces, customizable modules, and role-based permissions, teams can now collaborate in one shared CRM. We also simplified the UI to make navigation cleaner and faster.

NextGen UI refresh

Launched in May 2025, the new interface delivers a modern, responsive design that adapts to roles and devices, with flexible navigation and smarter layout tools.

Smarter CRM with AI & automation

Zia now delivers stronger analytics, predictions, and automation. Workflow automation is more powerful with conditional logic and scheduling, while CPQ enhancements speed up deal and quote creation. Notes also support rich text for better collaboration.

Improved analytics & reporting

New dashboards, chart types, and report views made it easier to track KPIs, pipelines, and team-specific performance.

Better collaboration & integrations

Enhanced permissions, improved data migration, and expanded messaging channels (including WhatsApp) helped teams work together securely and efficiently.

Admin & power-user upgrades

More flexible cadences, a refreshed CRM Calendar, and responsive layout builders gave admins greater control and customization.

The solution unifies lead management, marketing, finance, and customer support while improving data security and cross-office collaboration. Land Craft Paver, a major tile manufacturer in Gujarat, India, streamlined its global sales and operations with Zoho CRM Plus and StrateWorks. The system was customized for industry needs like packaging, billing, and logistics. As a result, lead management and stock tracking improved by over 90%, invoices and quotes became fully automated, and manual errors were eliminated.
