Quick Support for MAC & Linux

Zoho Assist Quick Support is a desktop plugin on the customer's remote machine. It allows customers to join a remote support session quickly or raise a support request directly from their desktop, streamlining the support process.

Linux Remote Audio

Linux Remote Audio now enables reliable, high-quality audio capture and streaming during support sessions, helping technicians diagnose issues faster. This capability joins existing Windows Vista+ and macOS 13+ support and can be enabled or disabled via the web client or Windows technician console.

MAC virtual monitor

With support now extended to macOS alongside Windows, technicians can attach a virtual display to devices without a monitor, enabling resolutions up to 2K for sharper visuals and smoother troubleshooting. This upgrade delivers clearer remote access and improved efficiency, even in complex or multi-device environments.

Session Participants Listing

Technicians can now see a live list of all participants in an active session, complete with their roles (Primary or Secondary technician) and the customer’s name, for improved collaboration and clarity.

Introducing the URS Deployment Process for Efficient OS Cloning

We’ve introduced a new method in bulk deployment, where users can run pre- and post-imaging scripts to deploy unattended devices efficiently, enabling the cloning of entire systems.

Customer invite via SMS in Native Viewer

The SMS invite, which was previously available on the web based browser, has now been introduced in the native viewer — offering a new way to invite customers to a remote session beyond email or manually sharing the session link.

Diagnostic Tools in the native viewer

Similar to the web-based client, you can now directly access essential diagnostic tools such as Task Manager, Command Prompt, Device Manager, Registry Editor, and more when connecting from a Windows device using the native viewer.

Real-time chat window notifications

Windows users will receive an automatic notification in the chat window whenever these controls are enabled—ensuring transparency as you use clipboard sync, blank screen, and input disable options to manage the remote session smoothly.
